Placement on the grid is calculated based on data sourced from product reviews gathered from users, users’ likelihood to recommend Sift, and data aggregated from online sources and social networks.
This is our first time being named a “Leader” on the Employee Engagement Report, and our first time being included on the Momentum Report® in that category. It’s also our third time being featured as a “Leader” in the Org Chart category, and our second time on the HR Analytics report!
Sift ranks well above the average satisfaction ratings in all three categories, including a 99% in Quality of Support and Ease of Use for Employee Engagement software, as well as 100% for Quality of Support and a 99% rating in both the Ease of Use and Likelihood to Recommend categories for Org Chart software. In addition, for HR Analytics software, Sift scored a 100% for Quality of Support – the highest rated company in this category.
Sift has 102 reviews on G2 with an average rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars. Here are a few of them:
“I love that our company uses Sift, this platform brings team members together.”
“We are trying to bridge the gap between office culture and engagement. In this hybrid nature of our work life, it's essential for us to continuously offer engaging ways to know more about who we work with and where they like to focus their time and energy outside of work.”
“Initially, we purchased Sift to fill the gap we had in our organizational chart. However, with [employee’s] profiles, we can find [and]surface our skills across our organization. This helps in many ways through improving employee learning programs, recruitment, employee retention, and even supporting filling roles in projects for clients.”
