G2 defines org chart software as “software [that] allows users to create organizational charts of all employees within a company. These solutions often work in tandem with workforce management software...to plan, manage, and track employee work.” Org charts allow companies to maintain visibility of individual roles within the company as well as cross-team connections.
G2 highlights the top performing solutions in a given software category each quarter based on customer satisfaction (calculated from user reviews) and market presence (calculated from market share, seller size, and social impact). Sift achieved a 99% rating for feature requirements, a 100% rating for quality of support and a 99% rating for ease of use. Additionally, 100% of users have rated Sift at least a 4 out of 5 stars, and said they would be likely to recommend Sift at a rate of 98%.
